The Texas A&M Foundation was created in 1953 by a group of visionary regents and former students. Since its founding, our nonprofit organization has supported the mission of Texas A&M University through fundraising efforts in which we match the incredible generosity and interests of our donors with the vision and priorities of the university. Our development team works with former students, corporations and other supporters who want to lead by example and establish gifts for scholarships, faculty endeavors, student programs and traditions, and campus facilities.

Together, the work we do helps Aggies leave their mark on the world in productive and inventive ways and ensures a brighter future for Texas A&M.

We offer various opportunities to become part of the Texas A&M Foundation family, including positions in fundraising, donor engagement and events, marketing, gift receipting and reporting, investment management and other administrative roles. No Cost Benefits: Receive generous 100% employer paid individual medical and dental insurance benefits to cover yourself. You may purchase medical and dental coverage for eligible dependents for an additional premium cost.
Peace of Mind: Receive valuable 100% employer paid employee life insurance (4x salary), business travel, and accident coverage and long-term disability insurance.
Future Security: Receive significant contributions toward an employee 401(a) retirement plan. Want to save more? You can contribute to a voluntary 403(b) retirement plan.
Time Off: Recharge with a generous holiday schedule and accrued paid time, including vacation and sick leave.
Choices: Choose between several voluntary benefit plans such as extra life insurance, vision, long-term care, short-term disability, accident protection, critical illness and flexible spending accounts.

Matching Donations: We will match donations up to $2,500 to the Texas A&M Foundation.
